Ingredients (To serve two)
Fresh Tomatoes
Onions
Fresh pepper
Dry pepper
Salt
egg
Vegetable Oil
Noodles (i personally love indomie noodles preferably the onion chicken flavour, but you can use any one)
Boil a small quantity of water in a kettle
Put the noodles in a pot and pour the boiled water into it
Leave for about three minutes for the noodles to get soft but not so soft that it gets soggy since you're still going to stir-fry it.
Dice vegetables
Put your frying pan on fire, add very little oil, then add the sliced vegetables and fry for about five minutes, you may spice vegetables with dry pepper and some salt before frying
Pour out water from the noodles using a seive
Break the egg into a bowl
Add the noodles to the vegetables and add the indomie spice and oil, stir for a bit (all this must be done on really low heat so it won't start burning, i actually removed the pan from the heat to add the spice)
add the egg and leave to set before stirring. stir till fully fried and then serve.
You'll love this recipe because it gives noodles a totally different taste..gotta love it..
Go ahead, try it out and don't forget to give me feedback! Enjoy!!
