RECIPES: HOW TO MAKE A MANGO AND BANANA SMOOTHIE


This is a pretty simple recipe, about 5 minutes prep time and its very healthy too.

Ingredients (to serve two with my glass size)
A ripe mango
2 ripe bananas
ice cubes



Recipe
Peel the skin off both the mango and the bananas (naturally duh!)
cut out the yellow parts from the mango until its almost fully skinned
slice the bananas into smaller portions
put them into your blender/smoothie maker
add your ice cubes (this is to reduce the sweetness as well as to make it cool enough to serve)

blend.. that's all oh! Pour into your glass and serve

(note that you can add honey but its quite un-neccessary as this is already a very sweet smoothie)
