The Commissioner of Police in Plateau State yesterday confirmed to journalists that a man living with HIV raped a 13 year old girl. This reportedly happened on thursday and was discovered by his landlord's son who alerted neighbours. Residents of the area got so upset and even wanted to lynch him but Police Officers were on hand to intervene.
Its so sad when one gets to read stories like this. Parents especially mothers really need to take extra precautions to protect their children. Rape stories and kidnap stories are becoming too commonplace nowadays. For the men, y'all need Jesus, #nuffsaid
